not happy with the face mask replacement doesn't have locked position remove the harness from my head if not careful the mask falls out onto the floor. when it is not locked in place if i move in my sleep the wroung way it leaks, not happy with the part. i called to see if i could get some assistance no one answered on your end, if you can offer some help that would fine Thanks Regards David Kenny Tel [****]
After struggling with aged tubing, I finally broke down and purchased a replacement. I am amazed at the difference it has made to my nightly sleeps I am no longer waking up to an ill-fitting tube which was constantly becoming disconnected. I truly pays to turn th Canadian CPAP Supply for all my respiratory needs.
I've been using my Dream Wisp for 10 months now so am very new to using CPAP but I especially like the fact that the tube comes into the unit on top of my head and not my nose. Much easier to move around in bed.
