DON’T BUY FROM CANADIAN CPAP SUPPLY. They don’t stand behind their products. I’ve been using a CPAP machine and mask for over 20 years, therefore I’m pretty experienced in adjusting masks of various styles. I purchased the airsense f20 mask and it arrived defective. I thought perhaps it was me and gave it a couple of weeks to adjust, but realized the leak is not between my skin and mask, but rather between the mask casing and memory foam. I asked for a replacement and was advised that for hygienic reasons masks cannot be returned and was offered a 10% discount to purchase another mask. I understand the hygiene issues, but discount was laughable as my item is defective and garbage to both Company and myself. Add in they were running a promotion to get 20% off when you purchased a 2nd mask. I advised that this was unacceptable and requested a refund or reasonable discount on a replacement. Instead I was further insulted by being sent videos on mask and how to adjust it. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a reply from last request. However I have received 3 promotional emails from them.
