Replaced the humidifier and water chamber on my Dreamstation and after attaching this new one I realized that the spring had broken on my original one. Wow, this one is so much easier to use and has a tighter seal. Shipping was quick as well.

Robin M. if the Qtube muffler made any difference in the noise level I could not notice it. just another gimmick in life and not worth the money
