Return Policy

Canadian CPAP Supply will accept or exchange (of same value) any unused and undamaged products purchases made through Canadian CPAP Supply within 30 days from delivery date. A 15% returns or exchange-processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost of merchandise and a credit for the difference will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any return/exchange of item(s). Please email us at canadiancpapsupply@gmail.com prior to shipping the product back in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Product(s) that are returned to Canadian CPAP Supply without a RA# will be rejected and shipped back to you. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRODUCTS THAT HAS BEEN OPENED, USED, or “TESTED”.

On a rare occasion that a product is received with a manufactures’ defect, email canadiancpapsupply@gmail.com immediately, first for troubleshooting and then, if required, an RA# will be issued to you via email.

No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the products into our facilities and have been examined.

All C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP, and Humidifiers are considered medical equipment and cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not.

Machine (C-PAP, BiPAP and APAP) Warranty Policy

Most manufacturers offer up to 3-year warranty on their products (C-PAP, BiPAP and APAP) and a 1-year warranty on humidifiers. Should you find that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer service team at  canadiancpapsupply@gmail.com as soon as possible. Decisions for repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty.

Machines (C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP) and humidifiers, which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturers. Please contact our Customer service team at canadiancpapsupply@gmail.com for details and instructions.

Mask Warranty Policy

Under Health Canada and FDA regulations it states that any nasal interface products removed from its original packaging is no longer refundable. Canadian CPAP Supply will only accept SEALED, and UNUSED products within 30 days from the delivery date. Mask warranty is covered for 90 days.
