Return Policy
Canadian CPAP Supply will accept returns or exchanges of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are of the same value as the original purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email Canadian CPAP Supply at canadiancpapsupply@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Products returned without an RA# will be rejected and shipped back to the customer. Products that have been opened, used, or "tested" will not be accepted for return.
In the rare event that a product is received with a manufacturer's defect, customers are instructed to immediately email Canadian CPAP Supply at canadiancpapsupply@gmail.com for troubleshooting and, if necessary, to receive an RA#. Credits or refunds will not be issued until products have been received and examined by our facilities.
Please note that medical equipment, including C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP, and humidifiers, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, regardless of usage. Most manufacturers offer a 3-year warranty for C-PAP, BiPAP, and APAP equipment and a 1-year warranty for humidifiers. For warranty claims, please contact our Customer Service team at canadiancpapsupply@gmail.com. Decisions regarding repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer, and misuse of equipment may void the warranty.
For functional issues with equipment no longer under warranty, customers may be able to arrange for repair through the manufacturer. For details and instructions, please contact our Customer Service team at canadiancpapsupply@gmail.com.
Regarding mask warranty, under Health Canada and FDA regulations, any nasal interface product removed from its original packaging is no longer eligible for return. Canadian CPAP Supply will only accept sealed and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Mask warranty is valid for 90 days.
