Replaced the humidifier and water chamber on my Dreamstation and after attaching this new one I realized that the spring had broken on my original one. Wow, this one is so much easier to use and has a tighter seal. Shipping was quick as well.

Works very well. Better than the other brand I used for two years.
I really want to like this mask and I’ve been trying everything I can to get it to work properly. I’ve tried adjusting pressure, humidity, heat, straps, tried different sizes for the mask part etc and no matter what I just cannot breathe properly in this mask. I admit that the part that goes under your nose bothers me a bit and I feel like it restricts my breathing, but even with breathing through my mouth I still feel like I can’t breathe properly. I’ve tried wearing the mask while awake to get used to it and it seems ok (the under nose part bothers me a bit but I don’t feel like I’m having too much trouble breathing), but as soon as I wear it to sleep it’s a whole other story. I think maybe part of the issue is side sleeping? I note that the air is actually delivered from the top of your head along both sides of your face, and that makes me think that laying on your side crushes one side of the tubing and restricts airflow. Regardless, every time I try to wear this mask I wake up with my heart racing because I’m not able to breathe properly. In fact, I keep switching back to my old ResMed full face mask, which is easier to breathe in but digs into the bridge of my nose pretty frequently. The effect is not just in my head either, whenever I wear this mask my apnea events actually INCREASE and I feel worse in the day. The problem IS THIS MASK. Where I’m typically under one event an hour with my ResMed mask, this mask consistently seems to make my events per hour shoot up to 6! Not good! I really wanted to like it but this mask is truly and awful waste of money for me.
I ordered a new Dreamwear full face mask and it fits great like my previous one. It was delivered promptly and was even on sale. Great service.
Happy with product
