Product, price and quick shipping were exceptional.
At the time of purchasing i was looking to replace my Dreamwear Full Face Mask and thought that this one would be a good fit for my Resmed machine.
However, I was disappointed that I couldn't get a proper seal and in checking out the Resmed Airfit F30i on the Resmed website, I discovered that it is not recommended for anyone with facial hair.
Having this mentioned in the product description would have been extremely helpful and saved me some money.
I will continue to purchase from Canadian CPAP Supply but will do due diligence when changing to a different mask in the future.

Karl Leung If you are looking for a full face mask. F20 is my recommendation. It’s better than F10 and F30. However, it is the largest one amongst the three models. The only complaint is that the head gear needs regular adjustment every few weeks.

Martin S. Did not receive my F20 but a product ordered by someone else. Their name and address was inside the box and outside, it was addressed to me.
Rubbish service by this company, not the first time.
